In advanced LifeStar Groups or Individual Therapy, the Timeline activity will help your clients identify with more of the positive aspects of their accomplishments and achievements spanning their life in a powerfully interactive exercise after completing their Trauma Egg exercise.
This training will provide LifeStar [Certified] Therapists will the detailed instructions to administer the Timeline activity; assessing client readiness, suggested material supplies and preparation, physical space requirements, scheduling, and final presentation.
Prerequisites
As an advanced exercise in the LifeStar Therapy Group Therapy System, an understanding and experience in therapeutically treating trauma, shame, grief, mindfulness, and self-compassion is required prior to any attempt in leading a group or individual through a Timeline.
